My Journey is Part of Yours
I started my journey into sexual healing and self-empowerment when I moved to California from England over two decades ago.
I had an early and challenging introduction into the world of sex and intimacy that left me disconnected from myself, and dissociated from my body and its authentic responses.
I felt shame about my body, and about not knowing how to give myself or anyone else a pleasurable touch.
Then, I spent the next two decades taking every training I could to learn about embodiment, empowerment, self-love, and self-acceptance. I immersed myself in the world of bodywork and the healing arts, trained to be a certified massage therapist which was no small feet as a touch-phobe who would dissociate when touching or being touched.
But there was a lot at stake and somehow I knew the very quality of my life depended on it. I became a certified Somatic Sex Intimacy and relationship coach and also a board-certified sexological bodyworker and clinical sexologist.
It would be my profound honor to share with you the wisdom I've gained on my ongoing journey of personal growth and education in sex therapy.
With compassion and understanding, I connect with clients facing relationship issues and guide them on a unique path of healing transformation.
In our work together, I offer a warm, non-judgmental approach to support you in moving beyond any feelings of shame, towards embracing self-love, inner-knowing, and acceptance.
My ultimate goal is for you to live with intention, fostering more connection, erotic healing, true joy, and fulfillment.
As your sex therapist, I am dedicated to providing loving support for those who, like you, are eager to explore the "new" and venture into their inner landscape while held in a safe trauma-informed container.
